THE SIXIS METHOD can be used as a  two-day workshop with your own people working with our facilitators to create the solution and the plan. Or it can be implemented as a think tank, utilizing some of the best brains in Asia to work on the solution, reporting back to your senior management.

A shortened half-day version is available called THE HIT SQUAD. Here, our people work with your people for five hours of intense workshopping to solve a particular problem or realize a great opportunity.
